The e-pity 2024 mobile application is the first free application in Poland for settling and sending annual PITs to the e-Deklaracje.gov.pl system via smartphones and tablets.
The e-pity 2024 application will allow for comprehensive settlement in every possible variant, with a tax refund of up to 45 days or up to 30 days for holders of the Large Family Card, if you send an e-Deklaracja.
The e-pity program allows you to fill out over 20 PIT declarations, which is the largest number of all mobile applications for annual PITs available on the market. In addition to the most popular forms such as: PIT-37, PIT-36, PIT-36L, PIT-28, PIT-38, PIT-39 with attachments: PIT/B, PIT/BR, PIT/DS, PIT/M, PIT/D, PIT/2K, PIT/O, PIT/Z, PIT/ZG, PIT-28/A, PIT-28/B. You can also use the data update forms at the tax office - ZAP-3 form. In the form database you will also find the PIT-OP declaration for pensioners.
The user-friendly interface of the application, prepared especially for mobile devices, means that despite the limited screen space, settling the PIT is not a problem here. An undoubted advantage of the program is the helpful wizard, which will guide even an uninitiated taxpayer through the PIT step by step. The e-pity application verifies whether the user fills in all required fields of the declaration, enables the settlement of the allowances and deductions to which they are entitled - automatically verifying the correctness of the amounts and monitoring the statutory limits.
The program prepares e-Declarations together with attachments for sending and allows to track communication with the servers of the Ministry of Finance, until the automatic download of the Official Confirmation of Receipt, the so-called UPO, a copy of which the user can also receive to their e-mail address. E-sending the ready PIT to the e-Deklaracje.gov.pl system is possible in the application without the need to use a qualified signature. The e-pity program does not limit the choice of a public benefit organization and allows you to enter its KRS number yourself. The application is free and has no limit on the number of completed PIT declarations.
